We value your feedback – it can lead to improved services and experiences for others.

We have procedures in place to ensure feedback is taken seriously and appeals and complaints are dealt with through a fair and equitable process.

You can request an appeal or review of an adverse assessment outcome. Please read the policy and procedure carefully before submitting a request.





Complaints against a member

As a professional body, all ACWA members agree to abide by our code of ethics. We have provision for individuals, whether you are a client or concerned member of the public, to make a formal complaint against a member of ACWA.

Please email to lodge a complaint in writing.

Complaints/feedback about us

Continuous improvement is important to us and we would like to hear from you if you think our services have fallen short of your expectations. Of course, if you think we have done well or if you have found a staff member particularly helpful, we would also love to hear about that too.
