Complaints against a member

As a professional body, all ACWA members agree to abide by our code of ethics. We have provision for individuals, whether you are a client or concerned member of the public, to make a formal complaint against a member of ACWA.

Please email info@acwa.org.au to lodge a complaint in writing.

Please note this policy is currently under review.

Complaints/feedback about us

Continuous improvement is important to us and we would like to hear from you if you think our services have fallen short of your expectations. Of course, if you think we have done well or if you have found a staff member particularly helpful, we would also love to hear about that too.

Please email info@acwa.org.au with your feedback. If you would prefer to provide details over the phone, you can request a callback.
