Treasury consultation on governance arrangements in the not-for-profit sector

The Government is seeking input into the governance arrangements for not-for-profit entities. The consultation paper, released by Treasury in December 2011, is available in PDF format below.  ACWA will be making response to this consultation. We are very interested in your views on governance arrangements in the sector and in particular any impact that it may have (or had) on your own or others’ working conditions, the sustainability of the organisation for which you work or any issues relating to ACWA. To assist us in meeting the submission deadline of the 20^th January 2012 we have designed a small survey to collect your views and you have until 16^th January to respond.  Dot points will be fine. Your responses will be kept confidential unless you advise us otherwise.
