Constitution

ACWA was incorporated nationally in Victoria in April, 1998, and reviewed in 2006. The Constitution provides the rules within which ACWA can operate.

In 2011 a second major review of the Constitution will be conducted to identify organisational requirements and incorporate new legislative requirements.
