Mastering Group Supervision

This is an ACWA endorsed CPD program offered by Jane Wexler.

This unique, powerful and highly interactive one-day workshop has been developed in response to a high demand from supervisors, team leaders, human services & other professionals seeking ethical, practical & effective models for group supervision that enrich and support all group members. It teaches the foundational skills of group supervision, provides tailored supervision frameworks for groups, and equips participants with tools to manage complex group dynamics in supervision.

The workshop is offered in a high quality, hands on learning environment and provides full catering. Participants receive a comprehensive Learner Guide and a Course Certificate upon completion of the day.

Learning culture

Whilst many training programs offer expert knowledge and skilled facilitation, which are essential, Jane Wexler's Supervision workshops take supervision training to another level. Participants report again and again that the way Jane connects with and engages them in their learning journey, and the attention paid to the workshop culture and environment itself, results in an exceptional learning experience.

Why? Firstly, by designing every workshop from an adult learning, strengths based and holistic perspective, participants are readily able to connect with and apply traditional and innovative frameworks and tools in their own way to their supervision practice. Through safe, affirming and expertly guided experiential and self-reflective learning, participants grow their skills so that when they leave a workshop they are genuinely enriched by the experience.

Secondly, because Jane knows that the physical environment is what sustains and uplifts us, she pays close attention to the choice of venue. People need plenty of natural light, space to move, and healthy, tasty food to function at their best. Incorporating this into the program results in higher quality and more enjoyable learning.
